Stage 1

Make a Booking

Fill out the booking form carefully. You can pay immediately online or by invoice. After submitting the form, you will receive an automatic booking confirmation in your email. You can also make a booking by sending an email to info@anttoora.com.

Stage 2

Payment

If you booked with an invoice, we will send you an invoice by email, which is due 6 weeks before the start of the rental. If the booking is made less than 6 weeks before arrival, the invoice is due within about a week, but before arrival.

Stage 3

Arrival

Please inform us of your arrival time approximately 2 days before your arrival so that we can arrange key collection and a tour of the property. The accommodation is available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival.

Linens and Towels
You can rent bed linen and towels or bring your own.
Final Cleaning
You can clean yourself or order a final cleaning. Cleaning instructions can be found in your villa.
Hot Tub
The first day of hot tub heating includes washing, filling and heating the hot tub. Maintenance heating of the hot tub, the second and the third day on your own.
Animals
Meals
Our holiday village provides meals by separate order through catering services according to the customer’s wishes, for a minimum of 8 people.
You will receive a separate offer for meals by email. Breakfast from €12, Lunch from €18, Dinner from €22.
