Rental terms
When paying by invoice, the accommodation fee must be paid 6 weeks before the start of the accommodation. If the reservation is made less than 6 weeks before arrival, the invoice is due in about a week, however, before arrival. A last-minute reservation becomes binding at the time of booking.
If payment is made through the Stripe payment system (credit card, ApplePay, GooglePay), the accommodation fee will be charged at the time of booking. The cancellation terms apply in the same way as when paying by invoice. If the booking is cancelled, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method in accordance with the cancellation policy.
The person making the accommodation reservation must be at least 18 years old. At least one of the guests must be 18 years old. Large reservations are agreed separately.
Service fee
The accommodation prices always include a service fee of 20.00 euros per accommodation (incl. VAT). The basis for the service fee is created at the time of booking, and the service fee will not be refunded in any event of cancellation.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations must always be made by email to Anttoora Holiday Village. Failure to pay the invoice does not mean cancellation of the booking.
- Cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the accommodation entitles you to a full refund of the accommodation fee minus the service fee.
- If the cancellation is made no later than 14 days before the start of the accommodation, 50% of the accommodation fee and the service fee will be withheld.
- Any subsequent cancellations will be subject to the full charge.
- If the cancellation is made due to a serious illness or death of the booker or his/her loved one before the start of the accommodation, the accommodation rent minus the cancellation fee of 60.00 euros will be refunded. In this case, a medical certificate must be submitted. N.B. If the booker has travel insurance, it typically covers the cancellations mentioned above.
Anttoora Holiday Village’s right to cancel or change an accommodation reservation
In the event of force majeure, Anttoora Holiday Village may cancel the accommodation reservation made by the customer. In this case, the customer has the right to a full refund of the fees paid.
Anttoora Holiday Village strives to contribute to finding similar accommodation in other destinations.
Anttoora Holiday Village reserves the right to change its prices.
Anttoora Holiday Village reserves the right to change the accommodation booked by the customer to another accommodation that is as similar as possible to the one booked, if necessary.
Staying at the accommodation
The accommodation of Anttoora Holiday Village is available to the customer from the day of arrival at 16:00 to the day of departure at 12:00 or the matter must be separately agreed with Anttoora Holiday Village.
The handover of the keys is agreed upon 2 – 3 days before the start of the accommodation with the holiday village. Contact information can be found on the website.
The rent of the accommodation includes the free right to use the property (incl. the furniture, dishes and cutlery of the property, as well as energy for heating, light and cooking). The movable property of the accommodation may not be taken away from the villas (e.g. to other villas). Items taken elsewhere will be invoiced to the renter. The renter is responsible for any damage caused to the movable property or the villa caused by themselves or their guests. The damage will be invoiced from the renter.
The rent of the property does not include bed linen, towels or the use of the hot tub. Bed linen, towels and a hot tub are available for an additional fee. The use of bed linen is mandatory. The rent includes cleaning detergents, toilet paper and toilet hand towels.
Cleaning
The customer is responsible for cleaning the property during the rental period and is obligated to clean the property when leaving. The customer is obligated to take care of at least the following things: taking out the garbage, vacuuming the floors, washing the toilet, washing the sauna, washing dishes, removing stains and dirt, cleaning the grill, taking things to their places and cleaning the yard area of garbage. More detailed cleaning instructions are presented on the wall of the cottage.
The holiday village has the right to charge a separate cleaning fee of 150.00 euros or a total cleaning fee of 250.00 euros for an uncleaned property, if the cleanliness of the property has been completely neglected by the customer. The customer can also order a final cleaning of the property according to the price list already when booking accommodation. Even if the departure cleaning has been ordered, the apartment is required to be back in normal habitation.
Disruptions and emergencies
If a customer causes disturbance, damage or danger to other customers in the same property or in the area, Anttoora Holiday Village has the right to terminate the tenancy immediately after one (1) notice. Any measures and costs caused by any disturbances, damages, and hazards will be invoiced to the customer based on the actual costs accrued. The actual cost of replacing the lock will be charged for a lost key.
Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the resort, including accommodation. Unauthorized indoor smoking will be subject to a ventilation fee of 300.00 euros per accommodation.
Pets
Permission to bring a pet to the holiday destination must always be requested in advance, a separate cleaning surcharge of EUR 40.00 will be charged for pets. Pets brought in without permission are subject to an additional fee of €80.00 per pet. Pets must not be left alone in the cottage.
Anttoora Holiday Village is not responsible for any allergy or other problems caused by unauthorized smoking or animal dust.
Complaints
All complaints and complaints related to the equipment and condition of the accommodation must be addressed directly to the staff of the holiday village as soon as their subject arises. If the customer has not been in contact with the above-mentioned services during their holiday. He or she loses the right to any compensation. Anttoora Holiday Village reserves the right to correct any errors in the price information before the contract is concluded.
Number of persons
The holiday destination may not be used by more people than the number of beds and extra beds that are advertised. The use of a tent or caravan on the plot of the site without the permission of Anttoora Holiday Village is prohibited.
Anttoora Holiday Village reserves the right to change prices and booking terms.
